What is HomeScout?
HomeScout is a free service that allows you to save your property search criteria and have e-mails sent directly to your e-mail address with the newest listings that match the search criteria of what you are looking for.
How do I utilize the HomeScout service?
1) Visit any Search page on the site and register for an account on my site.
2) Once you are registered you can login to your account through any MLS Search page on my site and then do a search by the specific criteria in which you are looking for.
3) Once the matching Listing Results come up, you will notice a "Search Name" box at the top of the page. Type in a name to save this search under and click on the "Save" button to save your search (Note: In order for this Saved Search to be HomeScout Enabled, please leave the "Activate HomeScout Updates" box Checked).
4) You will receive an e-mail every day with the newest listings that match the search criteria of what you are looking for!
NOTE: To De-Activate HomeScout on one or more of your existing Saved Searches, you simply need to click on the "Saved Searches" tab and click on the "ON" link under the "HomeScout" column next to the corresponding Saved Searches. This link will now change to "OFF" to confirm that these searches are now de-activated for automatic HomeScout mailings.
